AML Policy

This page provides an informational overview of the anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing principles that may apply when using SpinCrypto. It does not constitute an official agreement or policy issued by the operator. In the event of any discrepancy, the policy published directly on SpinCrypto's official platform takes precedence.

Purpose

AML measures are intended to prevent casino accounts and cryptocurrency transactions from being used to conceal the origin of funds, transfer third-party assets, finance prohibited activities, or circumvent legal sanctions and regulatory controls.

User Responsibilities

Users of SpinCrypto are expected to use their own funds and provide accurate and complete information whenever requested. Users must not:

  • deposit or withdraw funds belonging to another person;
  • use an account as a pass-through for transferring funds without genuine gaming activity;
  • conceal the origin, destination, or beneficiary of any transaction;
  • split transactions in an attempt to bypass limits, monitoring systems, or compliance controls;
  • use funds associated with fraud, theft, sanctions violations, or other unlawful activities;
  • create duplicate accounts or allow third parties to access or use their account.

Account & Transaction Reviews

SpinCrypto may review deposits, withdrawals, gameplay patterns, wallet addresses, and other relevant information in order to identify unusual or potentially suspicious activity. The fact that a blockchain transaction has been confirmed does not necessarily mean that the operator is required to approve or process it immediately if an internal compliance review has been triggered.

Indicators that may result in additional checks can include sudden increases in transaction volume, deposits followed by immediate withdrawals with minimal gaming activity, the use of multiple wallets without a clear explanation, inconsistent account information, or interactions with cryptocurrency addresses identified as high risk.

Verification & Documentation

SpinCrypto may request verification of a user's identity, age, residential address, wallet ownership, source of funds, or source of wealth. Supporting documentation may include a government-issued identification document, proof of address, evidence of wallet ownership, and records demonstrating the origin of the relevant funds or assets.

A request for additional documentation does not necessarily indicate suspected wrongdoing. Such requests may form part of standard compliance procedures and can occur before an account is fully enabled, transaction limits are increased, or a deposit or withdrawal is processed.

Possible Actions

If a transaction or account activity requires further review, SpinCrypto may delay processing, restrict certain account features, request additional information, reject a transaction, or temporarily suspend the account. Where required by applicable law or regulation, the operator may also report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Funds may remain unavailable for withdrawal until the relevant review has been completed and the transaction or account activity has been approved. Standard withdrawal processing times may not apply while an AML or compliance review is in progress.

Cryptocurrency Usage

Transactions involving BTC, USDT, USDC, and other digital assets are recorded on their respective blockchains. SpinCrypto may use blockchain analytics and other compliance tools to assess transaction history, wallet activity, and associated risk levels. The use of cryptocurrency mixers, privacy-enhancing services, or other methods intended to obscure transaction paths may result in additional compliance checks or enhanced scrutiny.

How to Avoid Issues

  1. Use only accounts and wallets that belong to the account holder.
  2. Verify the selected blockchain network before making a transaction and retain the transaction hash for reference.
  3. Do not accept cryptocurrency from unknown third parties for the purpose of depositing it into a SpinCrypto account.
  4. Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information if requested by SpinCrypto's support or compliance team.
  5. Do not create a new account in an attempt to bypass an active review, restriction, or account limit.
